Great Trailer For Touring Bands! An amazing price! [10 Nov 2008|12:08pm]

Selling this sweet trailer. It was bought new at Home Depot 2 years ago for $2200. It's been on 2 tours.

In it, you can fit :

2 complete drum sets (with cases)
3 Guitar Cabs
4 Guitar Heads
5 Guitars (with cases)
2 Basses (with cases)
2 Random Combo amps
2 Big boxes of Merch
Over 10 big bags full of clothes.

.. basically it's enough room for 2 full bands to lug all their gear in a tour. It gets tight with 2, but it works well. It would be WAY more than enough room for one band.

I'm asking $1200 or best offer. Email or comment me if you're interested!

I highly favor using Paypal, but you could also send me a money order or meet me with cash.

The Trailer is currently located at my drummers house in Keansburg, NJ. If you decide you want it, you can paypal me the money and feel free to just roll up to Keansburg and take it off his driveway. All that can be worked out very easily. The cover over the left wheel is a little loose, but a couple screws will make that good as new.

So yeah, let me know.

Live Music on Thursday [19 May 2008|09:48am]

Meowskers with Big Bang TV and Bearstronaut
Live at The Hard Rock Café
22-24 Clinton St.
Boston, MA 02109
Thursday, May 22nd 2008

EVENT: Brooklyn indiepop rockers Meowskers and Big Bang TV will be making a rare Boston appearance at the Hard Rock Café. UMass Lowell’s synthrock act, Bearstronaut, will open.

May 22nd, 2008
Doors at 8PM
$5 (advanced tickets on ticketweb.com)

Brooklyn-based power trio Meowskers delivers hungry, ecstatic rock, touched with a heavenly glow. On their debut release, Fake Orange EP, the band combines the jagged darkness of early Black Sabbath with the holy drive of U2, smoothing it out with the sexy swagger of 80's synth pop. Since 2006 the band has been winning fans over solely with their live performances, sharing the stage with acts like the critically acclaimed O’Death and The Slip.

Big Bang TV

Big Bang TV is what happens when four people who can't agree on anything try to make music. Frantic, post-punk guitars stumble in and out of pools of Atari, synth and turntable chirps. Male/female vocals lazily dance around each other until they’re swept up by a driving break beat and booming bass. It’s music that is catchy and complex, intimate and epic - comforting yet slightly creepy.

With strong and inventive synthesizer lines, bold yet singable melodies, and an energized rhythm section that will cause you to jump out of your seat, Bearstronaut moves. With heavy play on 91.5 WUML, Bearstronaut has shared stages with acts including The Peasantry, Aderbat, The Motorcycle Industry, This is How Rumors Get Started, Beneath the Sheets, and Life on Hold.
